The National Association of Educators in Practice publishes the International Journal of Practice-based Learning in Health and Social Care in association with Coventry University.

The journal is peer-reviewed and free to read by all health and social care professionals involved in educational activities.

It is designed for all health and social care professionals who facilitate learning in practice settings, for academics and for learners.

Journal aims and objectives

Combining educational theory, philosophy, policy and applied research, the journal aims to inform any aspect of practice-based learning. This includes:

  • Models of learning and teaching, assessment and evaluation

In providing an international forum for sharing new innovations and perspectives on education for practice around the world, it draws on the diversity and richness of differing educational cultures.
