The NAEP Conference takes place on 7th March 2025 at The Studio in Birmingham.
The conference is entitled Empowering Futures: Integrating Education in Practice for Sustainable Workforce Development.
Conference aims and themes
The NAEP conference aims to bring together educational colleagues from all areas of health and social care to share experiences of supporting and developing a sustainable workforce.
We aim to reflect and rethink what is needed to ensure we have the capacity and quality of educators to enable delivery of growth in the health and social care workforce.
The keynote speaker is Professor Louise Younie, who will share her approaches for developing creative environments that nurture and sustain human flourishing.
During the keynote session, delegates will be prompted to think about creative enquiry and co-creative methodologies to transform pedagogical practices at the front line.
