CAIPE appeals for new 2021 Chairperson

The Centre for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education (CAIPE) wish to appoint a new Chair, shadowing the current chair from January 2021 to formally take up the role on 17 June 2021.

The board are inviting applications for this prestigious position within the national and international interprofessional education and collaborative practice community.

Candidates must have been a CAIPE member for at least six months before 1 January 2021. The initial term of office is 4 years.

Applications should include:

  • A 500-word profile demonstrating what the candidate can bring to the role of CAIPE Chair
  • A brief CV
  • A statement of personal time commitment for undertaking CAIPE work

The appointment will be made by the CAIPE board. The successful candidate will be informed by the 7 December 2020 in order to prepare for the shadowing process on 1 January 2021.

Prospective candidates will be invited to present at the CAIPE board meeting on 26 November 2020, either in person or virtually.

These presentation will be on a topic of the candidate’s choice, relevant to the current interprofessional community and CAIPE’s aspirations.
